Executive Chef/Owner Jerod Rockwell invites you to the New London Inn on Main Street, where you can enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire and some exotic, gourmet fare. Rockwell’s winter menu will have you choosing between Long Island Duck Confit and Truffled French Fries for an appetizer, and a Belgian Endive Salad with red wine poached pears as a salad option. Entrees will remove you from the mundane, as you select from among Georges Bank Sea Scallops, Potato Crusted Shetland Salmon, and Colorado Lamb Roulade. Finish off your evening with coffee and a lavish dessert, and maybe linger by the fire a little longer!
