Only one other town in the world has the name Lempster (and that’s in the Netherlands). Here in New Hampshire, Lempster has played a key role in the history of the area, such as an enlistment site for five wars and a thriving stage coach stop on the Boston/Montreal route. A stop at the general store where everyone knows your name and it’s easy to see how this small New England town, located between Newport and Keene on Route 10, has stayed true to its roots.

NEW! Watch a race at the Jolly Roger Moto-Sports Park on Route 10. Most races are on Saturday nights or Sundays, and the track closes in October, so mark your calendar for the next motorcycle or ATV race on an old-school scramble track or ramped up flat track.
